This week will see three new releases, Vashu Bhagnani’s RANGREZZ, the Suparn Verma directed AATMA and Makrand Despande’s SONA SPA. It is but obvious that the front runner is going to be the much in the news and discussion(s), the Bipasha Basu and Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer, AATMA, with Jackky Bhagnani’s RANGREZZ and Naseeruddin Shah’s SONA SPA in tow.

Coming to last Friday’s releases, there was little to choose between the opening shows of Y-films' MERE DAD KI MARUTI, the Subhash Kapoor directed JOLLY L.L.B. and Eros International’s 3G, but it was the Arshad Warsi, Amrita Rao and Boman Irani starrer, JOLLY L.L.B., which saw a good pickup on Friday itself and a decisive jump in collections on Saturday and Sunday. Even the Saquib Saleem and Ram Kapoor starrer, MERE DAD KI MARUTI, saw a pickup on Saturday and Sunday, but it was not substantial enough. The third release of the week, the Neil Nitin Mukesh and Sonal Chauhan starrer, 3G, was not as lucky and is struggling.
