Excel Home Entertainment and Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment release UNSTOPPABLE on DVD and Blu-Ray.
UNSTOPPABLE is an action thriller ride starring Oscar Winner Denzel Washington and Chris Pine as they team up to stop the half-mile-long runaway train. The movie is inspired by the CSX 8888 incident (also called the "Crazy Eights" unmanned train incident) in 2001.
UNSTOPPABLE is about a runaway train carrying a cargo of toxic chemicals. Pits, an engineer and his conductor are in a race against time. They're chasing the runaway train in a separate locomotive and need to bring it under control before it derails on a curve and causes a toxic spill that will decimate a town.
