After winning Oscars for their immensely popular film SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE, filmmaker Danny Boyle and music composer AR Rahman are back in the Oscars list! The duo has once again bagged nomination at Oscars.
Danny Boyle's 127 HOURS has been nominated under 6 categories in the 83rd Annual Academy Awards with Indian Music maestro AR Rahman bagging 2 Oscar nominations for Original Score and Original Song for the film!
127 HOURS Oscar Nominations are as below:
• Best Picture - Christian Colson, Danny Boyle and John Smithson, Producers
• Music (Original Score) - A.R. Rahman
• Music (Original Song) - ‘If I Rise’ - Music by A.R. Rahman, Lyric by Dido and Rollo Armstrong
• Actor in a Leading Role - James Franco
• Writing (Adapted Screenplay) - Screenplay by Danny Boyle & Simon Beaufoy
• Film Editing - Jon Harris
