Farhan Akhtar's BHAAG MILKHA BHAAG to be shot in Pakistan

The Farhan Akhtar starrer director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's BHAAG MILKHA BHAAG, a biopic on legendary Indian athlete Milkha Singh, is expected to start its shoot in Pakistan very soon. The director wants to add authenticity to the film and thus have decided to capture the towns of Pakistan were Milkha was born and brought up. Rakeysh has been putting a lot of time and effort in getting the detailing of the project correct.

Rakeysh is keen to visit the same towns were Milkha stayed and shoot with Farhan Akhtar who plays Milkha in the film. He says, "Yes we are quiet keen to shoot at the borders of Pakistan to achieve more authenticity for the film as Milkha was born in one of the towns there. We will be applying for permissions soon."

Farhan Akhtar has devoted all his energies and is getting ready to play the Flying Sikh of India. He has been going through a rigorous training schedule for the film.
