Big Live to honour women entertainers

Big Live, the intellectual property vertical from Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd., on Tuesday announced the nominees for the ‘Big Salute to Bangla Women Entertainers Awards’ that will honour the success of the Indian women entertainers across Bengal.
The nominees were announced by Bengali actor Rituparna Sengupta.
Rituparna said, “Women should always be respected in all spheres and this is a wonderful initiative taken up by them to salute them. The award will set an example of its kind in the society.”
The awards will be given on the basis of the judgement give by the jury panel comprising of actor Barun Chanda, socialite Rita Bhimani and danseuse Alokananda Roy.
The award will be presented on Jan 27 at the Science City Auditorium.
