Akshay-Sajid Nadiadwala-Sajid Khan join hands again

Akshay Kumar is making heads turn in a big way, what with movies like DESI BOYZ, HOUSEFULL 2, ROWDY RATHORE and JOKER making steady progress with KHILADI 786 - MADE IN PUNJAB and ONCE UPON A TIME IN MUMBAAI 2 all set to go on floors soon. While he isn't someone who is known for being attached to any particular camp or a production house in particular, one factor is quite visible which is about love for his friends that has stayed intact as ever before. This can be pretty much evidenced from the fact that with HOUSEFULL 2, he has joined hands with friends Sajid Nadiadwala and Sajid Khan all over again. Guess this is one association that he is very emotional and proud of, isn't it?
"Yes," Akshay responds instantly, "You see, I don’t associate myself with too many people. Realistically speaking it’s not safe to do so in my line of work. However when I do work for someone, I do it from the heart. Also, I get along with people most when they do and feel the same way."
No wonder, in each of the films directed by Sajid Khan so far (HEYY BABYY and HOUSEFULL being the other two), Akshay has been a common element. On the other hand there have been quite a few other films made by Sajid Nadiadwala where Akshay has been the leading actor.
Talking about his bond with both Sajids, he says with a smile, "Sajid Nadiadwala, Sajid Khan and I have known each other since childhood. Still, we truly adore each other as humans and as work colleagues. Each one of us works as hard as the other to make our projects successful and fun. We are emotionally attached but in a very macho 'I’ll call you when I call you’ kind of way. We don’t live in each other’s pockets, we just aim to fill them up; that’s all."
We hope the trend continues with HOUSEFULL 2 too.
