Arjun captures important relationship aspects in PINTO!

Young, handsome and talented, Arjun Mathur works selectively in films that he finds himself comfortable in rather than joining the rat race.
He has essayed important roles in films like MY NAME IS KHAN, I AM and BARAAH AANA. His next prestigious project is this week's new release, MY FRIEND PINTO, co-produced by the Sanjay Leela Bhansali banner and UTV Motions Pictures.
As may be recalled Arjun had told us that the film is about his friend Pinto, played by Prateik and the film starts and ends with his narration. With MY FRIEND PINTO releasing in a couple of days, we caught up with Arjun yet again and he elaborated further on his role saying, "I play a normal married middle class person, kind of frustrated in life, and trying to find my voice in marriage and work."
When we probe him further as to how his role is different from the ones he essayed in his previous films, Arjun says, "I have never played a married guy before, and not just that, I try to do something different in the film. My character captures important aspects of many relationships. In fact a lot of people will relate to my role as they face similar situations in their life."
Well, that will indeed be an identifiable role and because talent prevails in the end we are sure that MY FRIEND PINTO will prove to be watershed film in Arjun Mathur's promising career!
