This Dussehra get set for a mad laugh riot coming your way with Sanjay Dutt Productions and Rupali Aum Entertainment’s RASCALS! The movie directed by king of comedy David Dhawan is about the joys of conning where Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgn play two cool competing conmen trying to out-scheme each other in consistently amusing and surprising setups.
The competition reaches an all new level when both fall for the same girl, the pretty and petite Kangana Ranaut and both men constantly attempt to outwit each other to win her.
The movie showcases the two superstars in a number of avatars in different conning situations. The movie also stars hunky actor Arjun Rampal along with the sultry Lisa Haydon and also Satish Kaushik and Chunkey Pandey.
Other credits of the film include producers Sanjay Dutt, Sanjay Ahluwalia and Vinay Choksey and DOP Vikas Sivaraman. The music which is by talented musical duo Vishal-Shekhar is already creating waves with the title track and the peppy number ‘Tik-Tuk’. Also, the item number ‘Shake It Saiyaan’ with the two cool dudes Ajay and Sanjay who will be seen shaking a leg with the sultry Lisa Haydon is one of the most awaited songs of 2011 and has already garnered a lot of interest!
The choreography is by ace choreographer duo Bosco-Ceaser. The screenplay is by Yunus Sajawal and dialogues are penned by Sanjay Chhel. The movie has been shot in Bangkok, Pattaya and Mumbai.
Since much of the comedy involves people taking advantage of one another, having everything put forward in such a hilarious manner that RASCALS becomes an enjoyable journey throughout with an interesting twist at the end.
