Milan Luthria plans for THE DIRTY PICTURE sequel?

Milan Luthria promises to announce the remainder cast of ONCE UPON A TIME IN MUMBAAI 2 by end-October, "We wrap the shoot of THE DIRTY PICTURE by the end of September after which I will focus on the sequel of OUATIM."
Given the enormous excitement that the trailer of THE DIRTY PICTURE has already created, industry folks are wondering if a sequel will be in the offing. "It's a bit early to think of a sequel," he says. "If people find it uplifting, then I'll be the first to jump at the opportunity. Balaji and I are not closed to the idea."
When the film was announced long back, there was speculation about it being a serious biopic. The bold yet classy poster and trailer have strongly shattered that myth. "We worked incredibly hard on the first look of the film. As the film is mainstream and commercial in every respect, that had to come through in the poster and trailer," says Milan.
With the shoot nearing completion, THE DIRTY PICTURE will shortly head into post-production to make it for a December release.
