SINGHAM marks second-widest digital release

The Ajay Devgn starrer SINGHAM, that hit the theatres on Friday, screens on 894 UFO Digital Theatres across India between July 22 to July 29.
SINGHAM was UFO's second widest release behind B-town super star Salman Khan's blockbuster movie of the year READY that was screen on 1,000 UFO Digital Theatres.
UFO, a networked digital cinema distributor who delivers MPEG – 4 High Definition content via satellite directly to theatres, has over 2,600 digital cinemas across India.
The wide release of SINGHAM was executed keeping in mind the expectations from the action film that promised to thrill the audience with Ajay Devgn flaunting his 'beef-cake' avatar.
The film has already received positive reviews from the critics who recommended it as a no-holds-barred action flick.
"Big things are happening today! Bumper opening for # SINGHAM! Thumbs Up all the way," tweeted Ajay Devgn on Friday.
His fans have appreciated his new look and his regular action avatar in the movie. Earlier B-town super stars like SRK and Aamir Khan had also went through rigorous gym sessions to give themselves the picture perfect 'beef cake' body.
"I was waiting for this film. I wanted to see how Ajay looks in his new avatar," a businessman from Patna said.
"The film promises some good action and I love Ajay Devgn," a college student from Kolkata said.
"The film was entertaining and lovely. Ajay looked great in his new avatar," an IT professional form Kolkata said.
