UTV's Abhishek Kapoor directed KAI PO CHE! manages impressive collections in the US & Emirates

Last Friday’s UTV Motion Pictures venture, KAI PO CHE!, has made a mark with the class audience in India. The film that has no major names to boast of, has netted nearly 17 crore (to be validated) during the opening weekend, with the high end multiplexes returning impressive numbers!
The film has also managed a good run in the overseas, and as we had predicted in our box-office report, the Abhishek Kapoor directed KAI PO CHE! has managed impressive collections in the US, and surprisingly in the Emirates too. During the opening weekend KAI PO CHE! has grossed $523,000 from the US and $265,000 from the Emirates!
With the film holding quite well during the weekdays, we are sure that KAI PO CHE! will keep rocking, very much like Abhishek's last project, ROCK ON!!
