With five films all set to release in 2013 and at least four other films in different stages of talks while being all set to go on floors, Vivek Oberoi is looking at a career high over next 18 months.
Says Vivek, "I wanted to do more exciting work and balance it all out. It was a conscious strategy that I adopted around what I wanted to do in life. Once I was sorted around that, things started falling in place and opportunities started flowing. One good thing amidst all of this happened when I got a call from Rakesh Roshan. They were nothing less than golden words when he said that the part of the villain in KRRISH 2 was conceived for me. I couldn't believe my luck that I could get a film like KRRISH 3 and that too with such an important part written for me."
No wonder, he can be seen thanking Roshans in all the right forums.
"I have to", says Vivek, "After all, KRRISH is in the centre of all the affairs and it is expected that Hrithik would rule from start to the finish. Still, the fact that I have such a good role written for me is generous enough on the part of Roshans. I truly believe that this is one film which has been a trigger point for me to take off. That's because behind this film, others like ZILLA GHAZIABAD, JAYANTABHAI KI LUV STORY, SHER, GRAND MASTI and more also started rolling. Courtesy that, today I have nine projects in my kitty."
Now here is wishing some good successes under your belt as well Vivek.
